Hybrid nonlinear control strategies for performance enhancement of a doubly-fed induction aero-generator: design and DSP implementation

This paper reports on the design and implementation in DSP as hardware loop of a nonlinear control strategy for grid-connected variable speed wind turbine using doubly fed induction generator (DFIG). The objective this work is to build real-time hybrid approach combining Backstepping sliding mode strategies DFIG used energy conversion systems (WECS). results are discussed qualitative quantitative performance evaluations performed under various disturbed conditions. TMS320F28335 combined with MATLAB/Simulink (2016a) environment. experimental have been satisfactorily achieved, which implies that proposed an efficient robust monitor WECS.
